She possess superior skills in branding,strategy, marketing plan development, creative thinking, and problem solving. Suzanne is well versed in all aspects of the digital and has helped companies with digital transformation.

Katie is an executive, entrepreneur and startup advisor in the consumer fintech space. She’s especially passionate about delivering customer-first experiences at the intersection of commerce and technology. She has over 15+ years of experience in marketing, sales and market development, and leverages her broad background to create compelling communications that resonate with B2B, B2C and B2B2C audiences.

Katie previously held various commercial roles at Affirm, RAPP/Omnicom and Synchrony/GE Capital to drive adoption and growth of point-of-sale and payments products with major partners such as Walmart Inc., Wayfair, Expedia, Chevron, Gap Inc. and Visa. Katie received her MBA from UC Berkeley and her BS in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona.

Mark Johnson

Mark joined the Predictive Index team after spending many years in high tech business-to-business sales. He brings with him a passion for helping customers solve problems that affect business results.

During his tenure in high tech, Mark noticed that many enterprises struggle to hire and retain employees, create strong cultures, and build teams that click.  Predictive Index solves these problems and Mark focuses on driving client ROI with PI’s proven methodology.

Mark has worked at several blue-chip companies including AT&T, Intel, and Cisco, always in a B2B sales role. He has a BA, magna cum laude, from Boston University and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. He and his wife live in the Philadelphia area and together enjoy traveling, their church, and attending the theater. He has served as Board President of his local YMCA.  Mark also loves golf and hopes to drop 10 strokes off his handicap.
