Prior to joining &Marketing, Mike gained almost two decades of marketing experience within the Food and Beverage industry managing large, nationally recognized brands such as French’s and Twinings, as well as smaller challenger brands such as Castello and Vevan. Mike also serves as a marketing mentor for the SKU and BeyondSKU CPG accelerators, helping founder-led brands scale quickly.

With over 30 years of experience as a sales and marketing leader for companies such as CBS Broadcasting, Constant Contact, and Vistage Worldwide, she is passionate about helping businesses grow through meaningful relationships, partnership building, and harnessing innovative ideas.

Prior to joining &Marketing, Wendi worked across a broad range of industries, including digital and traditional media properties, SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, Professional Services, Events and Entertainment, and Restaurant/Hospitality. She is also a Co-Founder of The Square Biz Group, a marketing consultancy servicing B2SMB clients with local marketing strategies.
