As the Director of Content for &Marketing, Beth focuses on helping brands grow their business through personality driven, value-centric messaging and data-infused copywriting. The content department at &Marketing leverages SEO, analytics, proven marketing strategy, and compelling storytelling tactics to build brand awareness, attract, and convert new customers.

Beth brings over a decade of professional writing and editing experience to the team at &Marketing. With extensive experience in an array of fields that range from entertainment publications to a Fortune 500 energy company, she has the ability to produce content that speaks directly to the needs of a breadth of clients.

Beth graduated from Gannon University in December of 2019 with her Masters in English and spent her undergraduate years majoring in English and minoring in journalism and technical writing at Fairmont State University.

COO/Integrator Tina DePrisco leads the strategic direction of internal processes and deliverables. By focusing on standards and quality as well as the alignment of cross-functional teams, she ensures the superior delivery of &Marketing’s services. She also serves as a Marketing Manager on client projects to stay abreast of marketing trends and client needs. Tina brings to &Marketing extensive experience in service organizations, technology, operations, and process development as well as software implementation and testing.

A natural problem solver, she thrives on looking for ways to improve satisfaction, efficiency, and quality. Tina is a West Chester University graduate with a BS in Communications who loves to return to her alma mater to speak to students through their leadership programs.

Danielle is a graduate from West Chester University and holds a BA in Communication Studies. In her spare time, she is a beekeeper and novice homesteader.

With over a decade of experience working in the non-profit, technology, and agency space, Ann is adept at managing a project from idea to completion while navigating all the ups and downs that pop up in between.

Ann graduated from the University of Saint Francis School of Creative Arts with a degree in Communication and Public Relations after pursuing a degree in International Relations from DePaul University.

Keri Sawyer | Operations Manager

Operations Manager Keri Sawyer focuses on ensuring the ‘trains’ of &Marketing run on time and on track. She has a passion for making sure the &Marketing team is set up for success and ensuring some fun along the way. Keri has extensive and diverse experience in administrative and project management, traditional marketing, and operational management.

Keri graduated from James Madison University with a BS in Marketing and a minor in Psychology. After more than 20 years with fortune 500 companies, Keri found her niche with smaller and more intimate companies allowing her to better support her team in results-driven marketing while fostering the company’s unique culture.

Mike Currie | CPG Practice Lead

CPG Practice Lead Mike Currie identifies emerging CPG brands that need help with their Marketing strategy and execution and matches them with one of a dozen &Marketing Fractional CMOs with relative industry experience.

Prior to joining &Marketing, Mike gained almost two decades of marketing experience within the Food and Beverage industry managing large, nationally recognized brands such as French's and Twinings, as well as smaller challenger brands such as Castello and Vevan. Mike also serves as a marketing mentor for the SKU and BeyondSKU CPG accelerators, helping founder-led brands scale quickly.
