Lara Allan is a seasoned development professional with 15+ years of progressive experience in healthcare-related fundraising. She is currently Assistant VP for Development for the Jefferson Health – Northeast division with responsibility as the chief development officer for three hospitals (Jefferson Bucks, Frankford and Torresdale hospitals).
She works closely with a cross-section of senior management, department chairs, board leadership, and other internal and external constituents to build and execute a comprehensive development program.
