Advisor – Joseph Welsh

Joseph Welsh, Esq., provides legal, consulting, business development and government relation services for companies in the Defense Industrial Base and Life Science Industries.  

Since 2008, he has served as a member of the board of directors of the Delaware Valley Chapter of the National Defense Industrial Association and is currently the First Vice President of the Board and incoming board president in May  2017.  He currently is the board liaison for the small business development initiative and works with the DLA, Navsea and other US DOD agencies to coordinate outreach programs to business in the Delaware Valley.

Mr. Welsh is an attorney, licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and holds and MBA in management.  He also holds and adjunct faculty position in the Legal Studies Department at the Fox School of Business at Temple University and serves as an advisor at Fox Consulting.
