Advisor – Gary Warren

Gary Warren has over 40 years of successful business experience that includes Sales, Marketing & General Management, and currently acts as a consultant, board member, and strategic advisor.

He was at Dow Chemical and DowBrands for over 20 years in several sales, marketing and general management roles including senior positions in the Ziploc and Cleaning Products businesses. He was a key member of the management team that sold the DowBrands business to SC Johnson.

At Aearo Technologies he was President of the N. American Safety Products Group, and served as head of European and the international business as well. He was on the management team that successfully sold the business to 3M.

Gary is a founding member of Icon Investment Partners which works with Private Equity groups to find opportunities, co-invest, and work directly with portfolio companies. Here he worked with Victor Technologies, including an assignment as interim Chief Marketing Officer; Chromalox, where he led the expansion of its Canadian operations and acquisition of ProTrace; Bendon Publishing, as interim COO; and Playcore.

Gary is a graduate of Purdue University in Industrial Management. He serves on the board of ERB Safety and is a strategic advisor to &Marketing.
