Sarah Dorey

Sarah has worked in the CPG industry for nearly 20 years to bring the best insights to small brands looking to strategically grow and disrupt grocery categories. She spent the first 14 years of her career in the sales division at General Mills where she gained a wide variety of experiences— ranging from being the key sales point on the cereal division, leading the Target team, and managing the category advisor groups for 10+ categories at Walmart. From 2014-2018, she worked with Ignite Sales Management as Client Services Director across key brands such as Good Belly, Beyond Meat, One Degree Organics and Feel Good Foods. She ended her time with Ignite 8 as the SVP for Business Development, leading the analytics, process development, and planning functions, in addition to leading sales for Walmart. Sarah is a co-founder of Synergy Sales Consulting Group, a leading sales management team representing emerging brands across the US in natural, specialty and conventional grocers.
