Senior Account Manager

Job Description

This is a full or part-time marketing position with a focus on a broad marketing and leadership skill set, including marketing strategy, advertising, client relationships, and general problem-solving. This is an ideal position for a self-motivated individual who also has a passion for working with a small team, learning about a wide selection of technologies, tools, and ideas, and helping clients grow their business.

Most of all, as a small team collaboration is a strong focus for our culture. We will work together to succeed and give guidance along the way. You will work directly with our team in a virtual environment with a select group of &Marketing clients to create and execute marketing projects. This is a part or full-time role with plenty of room for growth as individual and company performance warrants.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of traditional marketing background - solid strategy, marketing and/or sales experience
    Experience in entrepreneurial, startup, or mid-size companies

    • Consulting, marketing agency, VC, or PE experience a plus

  • Experience in coaching or teaching within organizations

  • Self-Starter and “Roll Up Your Sleeves” Attitude

    • Able to Work Independently with a remote team, but travel occasionally on an as needed basis

    • Low tolerance for bureaucracy, and bias for speed

  • Must work remotely in one of the following geographic areas: Greater Philadelphia, Central Indiana, Greater Chicago

Responsibilities:

  • Lead senior level of client relationship to deliver outsourced marketing services as "account manager' with full accountability for client satisfaction and meeting their KPIs.

  • Work with a small team of peers and junior level personnel to develop marketing strategy and complete marketing execution deliverables under your direction (digital marketing, research, project management, content development, social media, SEO / PPC advertising, PR, events, etc) - with full accountability for internal metrics.

  • Responsible for growing the business - either through existing customers if appropriate, or new client acquisition, and improving the organization's culture and internal work processes.
