This is a part-time entry-level marketing position with a focus on Website & HubSpot template design with the ability to assist clients with creating amazing user experiences for both HubSpot and Wordpress websites. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful web design. They should also have superior user interface design skills. General marketing strategy, advertising, digital marketing, and client relationship skills are a plus. This is an ideal position for a self-motivated individual who also has a passion for working with a small team, learning about a wide selection of technologies, tools, and ideas, and helping clients grow their business.

You will work directly with our team in an environment with a select group of clients to create and execute marketing projects. This is a role with plenty of room for growth as individual and company performance warrants.
This position is perfect if you have or are seeking experience in a career in website design, across multiple platforms, as well as experience within Marketing automation interfaces.
Available for no more than 10 hours per week, with the ability to collaborate in-person (including client facing) as necessary
Bachelor’s degree in marketing related field (e.g. journalism, marketing), or some ‘real life’ content creation or other related marketing experience
HubSpot: 2 years (Required)
Website Design: 3 years (Preferred)

Proven work experience as a web designer
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio

Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies

Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision

Work directly with &Marketing clients, members of the &Marketing team, and others to understand project needs, and coordinate pieces to successfully execute successful campaigns
