Email Marketing Coordinator
This is a part-time entry-level marketing position with a focus on creating and managing &Marketing’s client email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have proven work experience as an Email Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist and fulfill the requirements listed below. General marketing strategy, advertising, digital marketing, and client relationship skills are a plus. This is an ideal position for a self-motivated individual who also has a passion for working with a small team, learning about digital and offline marketing strategies and a wide selection of technologies, tools, and ideas, and helping clients grow their business.

You will work directly with our team in an environment with a select group of clients to create and execute marketing projects. This is a role with plenty of room for growth as individual and company performance warrants.

Available for no more than 10-20 hours per week, with the ability to collaborate in-person (including client facing) as necessary
Hands on experience with HTML, Adobe creative suite, and content management systems is a must
Proficiency in marketing automation technology
Knowledge of Google Analytics
Familiarity with analytical and database tools
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines
BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
Self-Starter and “Roll Up Your Sleeves” Attitude:
Able to Work independently within a remote, diverse team; travel occasionally on an as needed basis

Strong organizational & project management skills and attention to detail
This role is primarily remote with travel time to meetings and clients as needed
Create email marketing templates in HTML formats or through platforms like MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.
Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
Upgrade email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features
Manage the companies email campaigns and communicating company brands through email marketing
A/B Test on various email campaigns to establish the most effective
Track and report on email campaigns in order to guide improvements
Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email best practice in the industry
Work directly with &Marketing clients, members of the &Marketing team, and others to understand project needs, and coordinate pieces to successfully execute successful campaigns
Bring unconsidered ideas and solutions to the team on what might be missing to help grow our client’s business
Keep good records and organize information regarding projects
