Job Description

This is a full or part-time marketing position that will oversee the digital marketing channels with an intense focus on executing lead generation marketing strategies through digital marketing tactics including: paid search, paid social, email marketing, and analytics. This is an ideal position for a self-motivated individual who also has a passion for working with a small team, learning about a wide selection of technologies, tools, and ideas, and helping clients grow their business.

Most of all, as a small team, collaboration is critical in our culture. We will work together to help our clients succeed and give guidance along the way. You will work directly with our team in a virtual environment with a select group of &Marketing clients to create and execute marketing projects. This is a part or full-time role with plenty of room for growth as individual and company performance warrants.

Career Path

This position is perfect if you have experience in executing lead generation Marketing strategies through digital marketing channels and lifecycles.


  • 3 - 5 years of Digital Marketing experience (SEO, PPC, Analytics, Email) 

  • Available for 20-40 hours per week, with the ability to collaborate in-person (including client facing) as necessary

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing related field (e.g. journalism, marketing, advertising), or some ‘real life’ marketing experience.

  • Self-Starter and “Roll Up Your Sleeves” Attitude:

    • Able to work independently within a remote, diverse team; travel occasionally on an as needed basis

    • Ability to use active listening and ask questions in order to build understanding

    • Proactive go-getters, list lovers, and overachievers (with empathy) are welcome!

  • Ability to work and adapt to growing multiple software applications:

    • Basic Executive Skills: email, scheduling, etc

    • Google Ad Words, HubSpot, WordStream, Email Service Providers (Constant Contact, MailChimp), UnBounce, Website Service Providers (Square Space, WordPress, etc.) 

    • Social advertising platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) 

    • G Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics

    • Asana, Slack, SharpSpring

  • Strong organizational & project management skills and attention to detail. 

  • Must be located in the Greater Philadelphia OR Indianapolis areas (this role is primarily remote with travel time to meetings and clients as needed)


  • Oversee and execute on all digital marketing channels

  • Work directly with the Marketing Director and &Marketing clients, to successfully execute on Marketing channels through all digital channels 

  • Develop, monitor, maintain, and update all &Marketing paid search clients 

  • Analyze trends and report insights based on activity of all digital marketing tactics for &Marketing clients 

  • Update websites or landing pages as needed to ensure all digital tactics are integrated

  • Create and execute email campaigns 

  • Where necessary, develop marketing automation processes and workflows for clients based on users actions and intent 

  • Create fully integrated digital strategies that utilize both on-line and off-line tactics

  • Effectively measure the success of each channel to develop insights and understanding of most effective approaches

  • Develop social advertising campaigns as needed

  • Bring innovative ideas and solutions for digital lead generation tactics to help educate our team and help grow our client’s business

  • Help our team learn based on project outcomes and get feedback to improve our processes

  • Listen, learn, and ask questions!

  • Has a big brain and is willing to use it for things that are outside the scope of the task at hand,  related to the task at hand, or maybe completely off topic

  • Keep good records and organize information regarding projects
